Outpatient Therapist

Hi! My name is Sandy Clark.  I am a Minnesota Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, National Certified Addiction Counselor II and Substance Abuse Professional.  My master’s degree is in Co-Occurring Disorders Counseling and I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, personality disorders, substance abuse, disordered eating, and justice involved individuals.  I have worked in a variety of different settings throughout my career and have held leadership and management roles.

Currently I am providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families with a wide range of behavioral health needs. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them better understand behavioral health concerns and work with them to help facilitate changes that promote health and wellness. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that promotes healing.  My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered with direct communication, strength based, solution focused with a trauma-informed lens.
