I believe that you are a child of God designed to have a meaningful, satisfying life with healthy, loving relationships with those you care for most. Isaiah 44:3 reminds us what is promised to us when it says: “For I will pour out water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out my spirit on your offspring and my blessings on your descendants.” If you feel like you are the “dry ground,” I want you to know that this is not your destiny and that your future can be filled with the waters you thirst for. So, however the story of your life has looked in the past or continues to be in the present, I believe it is never too late to change, heal, or become the narrator of your own story again. I know that trauma and suffering are a part of so many others’ story, which may be what led you to bravely seek help today. You deserve to be the author of your own life again; to write new chapters that are not defined by whatever your past may have been like or the hurt and suffering that lies behind you. Your story isn’t over, and it’s never too late to start feeling truly healthy, empowered, and capable.
I am passionate about helping you overcome the suffering that comes from your past & life experiences. You deserve to be able to lay your burdens down at the cross and let go of unnecessary guilt, shame, and fear that has bound you. You are designed to connect with other people and receive hope. You deserve to have a warm and compassionate person in your life that is thankful for our professional helping connection and ready to help guide your next chapter toward joy.
We will work together to bring comfort and solace where you need it most. My 25 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health Practitioner has taught me that many people appreciate a proactive approach & solution-focused direction. You will receive both an empathetic ear and skilled feedback from me. You will be provided with helpful tools that will help you in practical ways to cope and manage life’s stressors while you work towards stepping into the hope-filled future that God has meant for you.
