“Jesus came to bring life and life in abundance but there are so many difficulties in life that can get in the way.

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I (Jesus) came that they may have life and have it abundantly. John 10:10 ESV

We all encounter challenges threatening to steal our joy and peace:

Perhaps you’re constantly disappointed in yourself, feeling guilty, pass up on opportunities you later regret, feel overwhelmed, procrastinate, have difficulty sleeping, feel fatigued or think you may be experiencing anxiety or depression.

Or you’re a couple rehearsing the same argument over and over- even to the point of wanting to give up on the relationship? Maybe you’re just so disappointed in relationships or aren’t sure how to develop healthier relationships with others

Have a child/teen you find difficult to parent or help: they may seem worried or depressed, tearful, have frequent melt-downs, trouble getting along with others or lying.

Went through a stressful, traumatic or tragic event that is making life too difficult or desire to understand how past experiences have impacted you.

The Lord has faithfully met me where I was at throughout my life, at times He did this through professional counselors. They used their knowledge and wisdom to help me identify the root of problems (it’s half the battle) and helped me make the changes that needed to happen.  Now, I’ve the opportunity to do the same for others. What joy it brings me to come alongside others and help them break free from what is holding them back from living a full life!
