Hello, my name is Cedric! I love people and possess a deep passion to help them in their endeavor to heal and wellness. As a counselor, I provide a safe place for you and your current state. My goal is to meet you where you are and to work and walk alongside you as you journey to your best life and/or to the best version of yourself.

As a counselor, I seek to build a healthy rapport with clients in order to create a healthy and trusting therapeutic relationships. I use various models of therapy such as CBT, Gestalt, person-centered, and Christian Counseling. However, I am flexible and adjust to whatever method proves most effective for clients’ situations. Also, I assist clients and their families by equipping them with tools to enhance their ability to deal with life’s stressors.

I have earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I have experience working with veterans, children, teenagers, adults, and elderly. Additionally, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. My specialty is working with those experiencing depression, anger management, childhood issues, and self-esteem. I also have experience helping individuals through grief, trauma, marital challenges, familial challenges, men’s issues, alcohol abuse, suicidal ideation, and spiritual issues.
