JtC AUSM

JTC has been working with children, teens and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnosis for the past three year period. We offer comprehensive diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, in-person intervention, family education, community support programming and parent support groups. At JTC, we use the combined approach of mental health therapy and behavior modification to work on the core symptoms of Autism. Great importance is placed on building social and emotional skills. Our approach is strength-based, where we emphasize creating a positive self-image.

We are an active EIDBI agency under the Minnesota State Department of Human Services. EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention) means we provide medically necessary intervention for children, adolescents and adults under the age of 21 who are diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Additionally, the EIDBI approach emphasizes the importance of educating and training the parents and families of those with ASD and advocating for the independence of those with ASD as they participate in family, school, and community life. The EIDBI approach works to improve long-term outcomes for those with ASD and their families.
